Mr. Ned Kissinger,VP, Kissinger Financial Services, Inc., Hunt Valley, MD, conducts the seminars for the FEB and is the instructor for the financial and personal planning session (day two). The CSRS & FERS benefits portion of the seminar is presented by a representative from Federal Employee Benefits Advocates, LLC.
These are in-depth seminars arranged for and sponsored by the Federal Executive Board as a continuing service for the education of federal employees and their spouses in preparation for a successful and well-deserved retirement. Seminar workbooks and training materials are included for all sessions.
The seminars are designed for employees at any stage of their career, however, those who are within 5 years of retirement should definitely plan to participate.
