The FEDS Fitness Center is a professionally staffed facility designed to meet the needs of all interested individuals. FEDS has been operating since 1993. The staff has certifications in health and fitness or a related field and is CPR, AED and Basic First Aid Certified.


They have knowledge and experience in fitness assessments, health promotion, program design, and class instruction.


The facility is fully equipped with a weight room, cardiovascular area, and a group exercise room.


To stay informed, look for our monthly newsletter with information on our health promotion programs or check with the fitness center staff for upcoming events.

 

All Federal and State employees are eligible for a membership at the FEDS Fitness Center.

10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Closed all Federal Holidays

(For employees here for 15 weeks or 120 days, must provide proof)
